Our secure portal
We provide you with our highly secure(category IV) ISO/IEC 27001platform, accessible via two-factor authentication, to upload and retrieve your documents. Sub-systems are fully redundant and sub-networks are independent.
All data stored and in transit are encrypted by default. Only the individuals in charge of your project will have access to your documents and data. A service continuity plan is also in place.
Protecting your data
We take great care to ensure that all our processes comply with current regulations.
A DPO (Data Protection Officer) is exclusively in charge of ensuring that users' rights to access, modify and delete their data are respected. Contact the DPO at dpo@legal230.com.
The maximum data retention period is 13 months. The last audit was carried out in November 2021.
Our translators
All service providers are bound by professional secrecy rules and must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) at your request. They are committed in writing to complying with current GDPR standards and have agreed to our company carrying out any verification audits.
