Customer case - Translation of a cross-border banking litigation file
A Geneva-based banking litigation firm asked us to translate a complete file concerning a financial fraud involving a Luxembourg company and an Italian bank. The case, pending before the Italian civil courts, required translation of the statement of defence, the financial annexes and several notarial correspondences.
We set up a team of two specialist translators (in banking law and civil procedure), as well as a French-speaking legal proofreader with experience of proceedings in Italy.
