Company law is a field structured by its own logic, often opaque to non-lawyers. An approximate translation can quickly alter the understanding of a company's structure, distort the interpretation of statutory clauses or render a document unusable before a foreign authority.

Translating a shareholders' agreement, articles of association, minutes of a shareholders' meeting or a management report is not something that can be improvised.
