Account Manager

You will support our customers in developing their projects on a daily basis.

You will be proactive and have a concept of the service provided to the customer and an overwhelming desire to push the limits.

In concrete terms, you will:

  • Manage a customer base of legal practitioners
  • Support and advise your customers by offering them solutions to their needs
  • Promote our digital tools and services
  • Collaborate with our project teams to respond to specific requests (sworn translation, interpretation, etc.) and with our other departments (pre-sales, accounting, etc.)
  • Contribute to the commercial development of your division and increase your customer portfolio
  • Dynamic and positive, you will need to be results oriented and able to convince

You will preferably have knowledge of the legal world.
