- from 1 or 2 languages into their native language
- for 2 types of service (translation, post-editing) which they have said they master
These tests are reviewed and assessed by our team and our favourite, most experienced and trusted translators.

Only translators with excellent results are ulimately selected to join our panel. For each project, we select the translator who will be most suited to your needs, based on their specialisation and expertise.

Tools and technology
Depending on the type of interpretation requested by the customer, certain tools or materials can be helpful to interpreters:
- For remote assignments: use of specialised interpretation platforms, such as Interprefy, KUDO, Zoom, etc.
- For on-site assignments: it may be necessary to hire equipment, such as booths, headsets, gizmos, etc.

Quality assessment
If the interpreter offers translation assignments, after contacting them and provisionally including them in our database, we give them a test:
- in 2 areas of law
- from 1 or 2 languages into their native language
- for 2 types of service (translation, post-editing) which the have said they master
These tests are reviewed and assessed by our team and our favourite, most experienced and trusted translators.

If the interpreter does not offer translation assignments and only works on interpreting projects, a test cannot be carried out without an actual assignment:
- Either we already know the interpreter through other assignments and can attest to the quality of their work,
- Or we rely mainly on the reliability of the website from which we recruited them ( official European and international interpreter websites), on their references, the languages and the fields mastered to select them, then on the feedback from our customer at the end of the assignment to evaluate them.
